Millbrae House Remodel

A complete remodel and a deck addition to a two-story single-family house.  The existing living, dining spaces are connected by removal of walls and beam. A bedroom is open up and converted to a kids’ playroom. The kitchen is reconfigured for more efficient and multiple uses.  Master suite is reorganized to include a walk-in changing area and a study area.
