Noe Valley interior remodel and expansion

Recently completed, this project is a remodel and addition to a 1909 single-family Victorian house in Noe Valley in San Francisco.  Space-constraining partitions between the living room, dining room and foyer were removed to provide a more open and flowing layout.  The existing master bedroom was reconfigured and a bathroom added to create a full suite.  A guest bedroom was created at lower level after excavation and foundation upgrades, with attic space refinished for children's play area and additional storage.
